Teddy Johnson joins the Admission team as the Assistant Director of Admission and Marketing, bringing a wealth of experience in brand and marketing strategy. 

With a background in both B2B and B2C brand development, Ms. Johnson is skilled in positioning brands, segmenting audiences, and creating impactful content that resonates with diverse communities. In the past three years, she founded an award-winning consultancy in the social impact sector, specializing in higher education and K-12 education-adjacent programming and community engagement. She has also worked in admissions, communications, and marketing at Lake Mary Education and Charter Schools USA.

Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, with a minor in International Communications, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Spelman College. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Johnson is actively involved in community service and served as the President of Ad 2 Orlando and is a board member of the American Advertising Federation. She will live on campus and is married with three children. They have a dog named Kingston and a cat named Shadow. They are a family of adventurers and Ms. Johnson is a self-proclaimed member of the “Bee Hive.”
