The Lady Eagles traveled to Spartanburg Day on Monday to face the Lady Griffins.  Rabun Gap jumped out to a 10-2 lead after the first quarter behind Josie Earnhardt's hot shooting from behind the arc.  It was a pretty evenly matched game the rest of the way.  The Lady Eagles led 20-13 at the half and 26-21 after three quarters.  SDS cut the lead to 38-35 with just over two minutes left in the game.  However, Earnhardt went 4 for 4 from the FT line and Claudia Lopez hit 2 of 4 to secure the 44-40 victory.  Earnhardt led the way with 18 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 assists.  Lopez added 12 points, and 2 steals.  Manii Lewis finished with 6 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 blocks.  Rabun Gap (13-7) travels to ACA on Tuesday.
