MS Soccer wins semi-finals 4-2 in shootout against Summit Charter School

The Middle School Soccer team moves on to the Tri-State Championship after winning a semi-final match against Summit Charter 4-2 at home Wednesday.  Championship game starts at 4:30 PM Friday at Tallulah Falls School.
The Middle School Soccer team moves on to the Tri-State Championship after winning a semi-final match against Summit Charter at home Wednesday.  The exciting game went into double overtime at 0-0, ending in a shootout with the Eagles scoring 4 goals to Summit Charter's 2.  Timmy Bronaugh '21, Luke Earnhardt ‘23, Aaron McAlister '21, and Will Prim '21 all produced goals for the Eagles during the penalty shootout.  A.J. Nowack, Rabun Gap goal keeper, came up huge with a save. The team has played well all season with an 11-1 record to-date.  The Eagles will take on Swain County in the Tri-State Championship match at Tallulah Falls School 4:30 PM Friday. Go Eagles!
