Instrumental Music students from Rabun Gap will present their Spring Music Concert on Friday, May 6th. A full lineup of performances are planned including:
- Middle School Beginning and Intermediate Students will perform, including themes from Handel's Water Music, and a special arrangement of "Girl From Ipanema."
- Two students from the Upper School Piano Class will be featured on a piano duet rendition of themes from the Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto in C Minor.
- The Rabun Gap Orchestra will present a musical"Tribute to the Armed Forces March."
- Senior Trevor Nichols will be featured with a flugelhorn solo by Patrick Williams from the movie "Blonde."
- The Orchestra will conclude the evening performance with highlights from "Raiders of the Lost Ark."
